Moments that mattered: A visual journey through the past year

We’re proud of the strong connections we’ve built with our patients, our people, and our communities.

This past year has been filled with moments that reflect who we are — compassionate, innovative, and committed to quality care. From staff appreciation events to celebrations of culture, the photo gallery ahead highlights our honoured to care culture in action.

Each snapshot captures a meaningful moment, a shared success, or a simple joy. Together, they tell the story of a team that continues to grow, evolve, and stay true to living our values.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

Launching our future

A major highlight this year was the launch of our 2024–2029 Strategic Plan: Integrated Care for Healthier Communities. We celebrated with an inspiring event that brought together leadership, staff, physicians, midwives, volunteers, learners, and patients. The event captured the energy, pride, and shared purpose of that day — marking a bold step forward and a unified vision for our integrated future.

We followed our internal celebration of the launch with a virtual community town hall to share the details with those outside the organization.

Our new Strategic Plan is our first web-based plan and focuses on getting patients the care they need, at the right time and in the right place

Belonging through celebration

Equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging are core to who we are. This year, we celebrated our people through events that highlighted our unique stories and strengthened connection. Cultural celebrations and staff-led initiatives reflect the vibrant, inclusive spirit we’re building — where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Our EDIB journey continues together.
